Diagnosis
Marginal vein distorted medially but without strong tuft of black setae; frontal suture complete; head pale yellow; mesosoma pale yellow to yellowish-brown, scutellum medially with metallic tinges; female scape strongly flattened and enlarged; pronotal collar with transverse carina; raised median area of propodeum smooth; propodeal callus with three setae; fore wing with 12 admarginal setae; FM/HM = 1.8.

Costa Rica.
Biology
From gall midge (Diptera: Cecidomyiidae) petiole gall on Asplundia euryspatha (Cyclanthaceae), and gall midge leaf gall on Palicourea standleyana (Rubiaceae).
